Funky Monkey's Fruit Bar

Smooth Riders are made up of seven year 10 pupils from Pentrehafod Comprehensive School. We are made up of three boys and four girls named Rhys Lewis, Christopher Maclean, Scott Maclean, Kelsey Cole, Sasha James, Shannon Wallace and Rhian Kivi. We are currently representing our school in a business competition and competing against other schools around Swansea, Neath Port Talbot andCarmarthenshire for the title of 'Swansea Bay Young Business Dragons 2013'. Us as a group have been to the semi-finals where every school in Swansea competed for one of two places in the final. We managed to get Runners Up !!

In our own unique style, we use our experience of setting up, and running, smoothie bars to give real world enterprise lessons in schools. Our aim is to give young people the tools and motivation to run a business – and improve their eating habits in the process.
